These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the CalOne platform, including our Electronic Health Record (EHR), Personal Health Record (PHR), RIUS AI, and Smart Kiosk services (collectively, the "Services"), operated by Caladrion Health Technologies ("CalOne", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create a CalOne account on your own behalf. A parent, guardian, or authorized caregiver may create and manage records for a minor or dependent. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
CalOne's EHR and Smart Kiosk services are intended to support, not replace, the clinical judgment of licensed healthcare providers. RIUS AI outputs are decision-support suggestions only and must be reviewed by a qualified clinician before acting on them. CalOne does not practice medicine and is not a party to the care relationship between you and your provider.
You retain ownership of the personal health information you store in your PHR. By using the Services, you grant CalOne a limited license to process, store, and transmit this data solely to provide the Services, as described in our Privacy Policy. You may export or request deletion of your PHR data at any time, subject to applicable retention laws.
Healthcare facilities and providers using CalOne's EHR and Kiosk services are responsible for ensuring their own compliance with applicable healthcare regulations, licensing requirements, and professional standards of care in their jurisdiction.
You agree not to misuse the Services, including attempting unauthorized access to another person's health records, reverse-engineering the platform, or using the Services to transmit unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful content.
Certain facility and provider plans are subject to fees as described at the time of purchase. Patient-facing PHR and mobile app access remain free. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or expressly stated otherwise.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if you violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time; your PHR data will be handled per our Privacy Policy following closure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CalOne shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Services, including reliance on RIUS AI outputs without independent clinical verification.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the app or by email. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
